Day 1: Arrival in Bali - Kuta
- Arrival: Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar).
- Transfer to Kuta: Take a taxi or private transfer to your accommodation in Kuta (about 15-20 minutes from the airport).
- Relaxation & Exploration:
- Spend your first day relaxing at Kuta Beach, known for its sunset views and surfing vibe.
- Take a leisurely walk along Poppies Lane for some shopping or explore the Beachwalk Shopping Center.
- Evening: Enjoy a beachfront dinner at one of the seafood restaurants along the coast like Jimbaran Bay Seafood (if you enjoy seafood) or dine at a lively spot near the beach.
Day 2: Kuta – Water Sports & Beach Relaxation
- Morning:
- Start your day with breakfast at a local café or your hotel.
- Head to Tanjung Benoa for water sports activities such as parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Tanjung Benoa is famous for its wide range of water sports.
- Afternoon:
- Head back to Kuta for lunch and a few hours of relaxation.
- Explore Legian Beach or Double Six Beach if you're looking for a quieter spot to sunbathe or stroll along the beach.
- Evening: Explore Kuta Beach Walk and indulge in a nice dinner or grab a drink at Sky Garden Lounge (famous for its rooftop view of the ocean).
Day 3: Day Trip to Uluwatu & Surrounding Areas (Kuta Base)
- Morning:
- After breakfast, take a trip to Uluwatu (about 40 minutes from Kuta).
- Visit the Uluwatu Temple, perched on a cliff offering breathtaking ocean views. Don’t miss the famous Kecak Dance Performance at sunset, which happens at the temple.
- Lunch: Have lunch in Jimbaran Bay for a seafood feast or at one of the cliffside cafes overlooking the sea.
- Afternoon:
- Explore Padang Padang Beach, Suluban Beach, or Dreamland Beach if you have time for a beach visit.
- Evening: Return to Kuta for the night.
Day 4: Explore Nusa Dua, Seminyak & Relaxation (Kuta Base)
- Morning:
- After breakfast, head to Nusa Dua for a relaxing morning. You can visit the Geger Beach or explore the Bali Collection Mall for shopping.
- Lunch: Head to Seminyak for lunch and spend time exploring the chic boutiques, trendy cafes, and beach clubs.
- Afternoon: You can relax at Seminyak Beach, or visit Petitenget Temple in Seminyak if you're interested in a cultural stop.
- Evening: Head back to Kuta, relax for the evening, and perhaps check out a local restaurant or cafe for dinner.
Day 5: Kuta to Ubud - Cultural Immersion
- Morning:
- After breakfast, check out from your Kuta hotel and take a 1.5-2 hour drive to Ubud.
- Once you arrive in Ubud, check into your hotel.
- Afternoon:
- Visit the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary to interact with the playful macaques and walk among centuries-old trees.
- Explore the surrounding Ubud Market, a vibrant place for souvenirs, art, and local handicrafts.
- Evening:
- Enjoy a traditional Balinese dance performance at the Ubud Palace (tickets can be purchased at the venue or through your hotel).
- For dinner, try Locavore or Ibu Oka (famous for its Babi Guling/roast pig dish).
Day 6: Ubud - Nature & Culture
- Morning:
- Take a morning stroll along the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, one of Bali’s most iconic spots for stunning scenery and photo opportunities.
- Afterward, visit the Tirta Empul Temple to see the holy spring water and perhaps even participate in a purification ritual.
- Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a café overlooking the rice terraces, such as Alon-Alon or Warung HANA.
- Afternoon:
- Visit the Goa Gajah Temple (Elephant Cave), another important historical site in Ubud.
- Alternatively, take a short trek to Campuhan Ridge Walk for a peaceful walk amidst nature.
- Evening:
- Head back to Ubud for a relaxing dinner in town. If you want something unique, try a traditional Balinese feast at Casa Luna or The Lotus Café.
Day 7: Departure from Bali
- Morning:
- Depending on your flight time, you may have some time for last-minute shopping or relaxation.
- Check out of your hotel in Ubud and take a transfer back to the airport in Denpasar (around 1.5 hours drive).
- Departure: Head to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your flight home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At our company, we believe in transparency and have established a universal cancellation policy and terms that apply to all bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Although we would like to provide you with the utmost flexibility and consideration, certain constraints from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers within the industry compel us to collect the cancellation fees outlined in our policy.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the Package Cost or INR 5000 (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Package Cost will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of the start of the tour, it will be treated as a No Show, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Package Cost will be charged.
We would like to inform you that some Cancellation and Refund Policies are beyond our control and are determined by the respective hotels, airlines, railways, and online payment gateways. We will try our best to assist you in the refund process.
- Online Transaction Charges (1.5% + 18% GST) will not be refunded.
- Refunds for hotel payments will follow the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Flight ticket cancellations will follow the respective airline's company policy.
- If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund amount would be limited and would depend on the amount recoverable from the hoteliers/contractors. We will try our best to recover as much as possible to ensure the maximum refund.
- We do not take responsibility for refunds for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other services not availed.
LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
We would like to inform you that after the finalization of the Tour/Service cost, if there is any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India, the same will be charged as an additional cost. Please note that such changes are beyond our control, and we will inform you about the revised cost at the earliest.
IMPORTANT TERMS:
- The liability of Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd is limited to the amount of the booking received from the customer.
- If the specified hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation in a similar category hotel(s) will be provided.
- Availability and prices are subject to change until full payment is received for a package.
- In case of flight delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd will provide the best possible alternative arrangements. However, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- Full payment does not guarantee package booking or acceptance by Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd. The booking is confirmed only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking. If the booking is not accepted, a full refund will be provided to the customer or adjusted against an alternative booking, as desired by the customer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- To initiate a booking, full payment for the flight tickets and 25% of the package cost per person is required as a deposit.
- In case of an international tour package, Scan copy of the passport (both front and back) and PAN Card are mandatory. Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, and PAN Card IDs are valid for domestic tour packages.
- For cruise bookings, the full payment is required within two days of package confirmation.
- The remaining balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days before the travel dates.

No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges. Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.
