CANCELLATION POLICY:
At our company, we believe in transparency and have established a universal cancellation policy and terms that apply to all bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Although we would like to provide you with the utmost flexibility and consideration, certain constraints from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers within the industry compel us to collect the cancellation fees outlined in our policy.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the Package Cost or INR 5000 (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Package Cost will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of the start of the tour, it will be treated as a No Show, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Package Cost will be charged.
We would like to inform you that some Cancellation and Refund Policies are beyond our control and are determined by the respective hotels, airlines, railways, and online payment gateways. We will try our best to assist you in the refund process.
- Online Transaction Charges (1.5% + 18% GST) will not be refunded.
- Refunds for hotel payments will follow the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Flight ticket cancellations will follow the respective airline's company policy.
- If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund amount would be limited and would depend on the amount recoverable from the hoteliers/contractors. We will try our best to recover as much as possible to ensure the maximum refund.
- We do not take responsibility for refunds for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other services not availed.
LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
We would like to inform you that after the finalization of the Tour/Service cost, if there is any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India, the same will be charged as an additional cost. Please note that such changes are beyond our control, and we will inform you about the revised cost at the earliest.
IMPORTANT TERMS:
- The liability of Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd is limited to the amount of the booking received from the customer.
- If the specified hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation in a similar category hotel(s) will be provided.
- Availability and prices are subject to change until full payment is received for a package.
- In case of flight delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd will provide the best possible alternative arrangements. However, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- Full payment does not guarantee package booking or acceptance by Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd. The booking is confirmed only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking. If the booking is not accepted, a full refund will be provided to the customer or adjusted against an alternative booking, as desired by the customer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- To initiate a booking, full payment for the flight tickets and 25% of the package cost per person is required as a deposit.
- In case of an international tour package, Scan copy of the passport (both front and back) and PAN Card are mandatory. Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, and PAN Card IDs are valid for domestic tour packages.
- For cruise bookings, the full payment is required within two days of package confirmation.
- The remaining balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days before the travel dates.
