Day 1: Arrival in Colombo & Transfer to Bentota
Morning:
- Arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport: Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, your guide/driver will meet you.
- Transfer to Bentota: Travel to Bentota (approx. 1.5-2 hours by car). This beach town is known for its beautiful beaches and water sports.
- Check-in & Refresh: Check into your hotel or beach resort in Bentota and freshen up.
Afternoon:
- Relax at Bentota Beach: After lunch, spend the afternoon relaxing at Bentota Beach, famous for its golden sands and clear blue waters. Your group can enjoy swimming, lounging by the beach, or participating in water activities like jet skiing, banana boat rides, and wind surfing.
Evening:
- Boat Ride on Bentota River: In the late afternoon, take a boat ride along the Bentota River. This peaceful ride will take you through lush mangroves and you may even spot some wildlife along the way.
- Dinner: Enjoy a relaxing dinner at a beachside restaurant, with fresh seafood or traditional Sri Lankan dishes.
Day 2: Bentota - Beach, Adventure & Relaxation
Morning:
- Breakfast & Watersports Activities: After breakfast, head back to the beach for more adventure. Your group can enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, or a surfing lesson if you're interested in trying water sports.
- Optional Visit to Turtle Hatchery: Visit the Turtle Hatchery in Bentota to learn about turtle conservation efforts and to see baby turtles.
Afternoon:
- Lunch at a Beachside Restaurant: Enjoy a local lunch with views of the ocean.
- Relax at the Beach or Pool: Spend the afternoon relaxing at the hotel’s pool or on the beach. Alternatively, you can take a short walk around the Bentota town area for souvenirs.
Evening:
- Sunset at the Beach: Watch the beautiful sunset over the Indian Ocean.

Day 3: Day Trip to Galle (Optional Excursion)

- Breakfast & Travel to Galle: After breakfast, head to Galle, about a 1.5-hour drive from Bentota. Galle is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its colonial architecture and well-preserved Dutch Fort.
- Visit Galle Fort: Explore the Galle Fort, built by the Portuguese and later expanded by the Dutch. It’s filled with charming narrow streets, shops, cafes, and historical buildings.
- Visit Dutch Reformed Church & Lighthouse: Explore the Dutch Reformed Church and the Galle Lighthouse for some great photo opportunities.
Afternoon:
- Lunch at Galle Fort: Enjoy lunch at one of the quaint cafes in Galle Fort or the nearby beach.
- Relax at Unawatuna Beach: After lunch, head to Unawatuna Beach, just 15 minutes from Galle, for some relaxation or swimming.
Evening:

Day 4: Bentota to Colombo
Morning:
- Breakfast & Check-out: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, and check out of your Bentota accommodation.
- Transfer to Colombo: Travel to Colombo (approx. 1.5-2 hours drive). Colombo is Sri Lanka’s vibrant capital city, known for its mix of modern life and colonial-era charm.
Afternoon:
- Visit Gangaramaya Temple: Upon arrival in Colombo, head to Gangaramaya Temple, an important Buddhist temple with an interesting museum and beautiful architecture.
- Visit Galle Face Green: Take a stroll along Galle Face Green, a large urban park by the ocean, where you can watch locals flying kites and enjoy the sea breeze.
Evening:
- Dinner at a Colombo Restaurant: For dinner, try a local restaurant offering Sri Lankan specialties or opt for international cuisines at a high-end restaurant in the city.
Day 5: Colombo Sightseeing & Shopping
Morning:
- Breakfast at Hotel: Start your day with breakfast at your hotel.
- Colombo National Museum: Begin your sightseeing with the Colombo National Museum, where you can learn about Sri Lanka’s rich history and culture, from ancient artifacts to colonial-era displays.
- Visit Independence Memorial Hall: Explore Independence Memorial Hall, a national monument dedicated to Sri Lanka’s independence from British rule. It’s a great spot for group photos.
Afternoon:
- Lunch & Explore Pettah Market: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then head to Pettah Market for a vibrant and colorful shopping experience. The market offers everything from fresh produce to electronics and traditional Sri Lankan goods.

Day 6: Leisure Day & Departure
Morning:
- Breakfast & Relaxation: After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning. You can relax at your hotel or take a last stroll around Colombo to explore any sites you may have missed.
- Optional Visit to Colombo Lighthouse & Fort: If time permits, visit Colombo Lighthouse or walk around the Colombo Fort area to explore more of the city’s colonial history.
Afternoon:
- Lunch & Last-Minute Shopping: Enjoy lunch at a local café and do any last-minute shopping for souvenirs.
- Transfer to Airport: Depending on your flight time, your driver will transfer you to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At our company, we believe in transparency and have established a universal cancellation policy and terms that apply to all bookings. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that may require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. Although we would like to provide you with the utmost flexibility and consideration, certain constraints from airlines, hotels, and other suppliers within the industry compel us to collect the cancellation fees outlined in our policy.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 or more days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the Package Cost or INR 5000 (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled between 30 and 15 days before the start of the tour, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the Package Cost will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled within 15 days of the start of the tour, it will be treated as a No Show, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Package Cost will be charged.
We would like to inform you that some Cancellation and Refund Policies are beyond our control and are determined by the respective hotels, airlines, railways, and online payment gateways. We will try our best to assist you in the refund process.
- Online Transaction Charges (1.5% + 18% GST) will not be refunded.
- Refunds for hotel payments will follow the hotel's cancellation policy.
- Flight ticket cancellations will follow the respective airline's company policy.
- If you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund amount would be limited and would depend on the amount recoverable from the hoteliers/contractors. We will try our best to recover as much as possible to ensure the maximum refund.
- We do not take responsibility for refunds for unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, or any other services not availed.
LIABILITIES AND LIMITATIONS:
We would like to inform you that after the finalization of the Tour/Service cost, if there is any hike in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India, the same will be charged as an additional cost. Please note that such changes are beyond our control, and we will inform you about the revised cost at the earliest.
IMPORTANT TERMS:
- The liability of Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd is limited to the amount of the booking received from the customer.
- If the specified hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation in a similar category hotel(s) will be provided.
- Availability and prices are subject to change until full payment is received for a package.
- In case of flight delay or cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd will provide the best possible alternative arrangements. However, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
- Full payment does not guarantee package booking or acceptance by Igniters Vacations India Pvt Ltd. The booking is confirmed only when booking vouchers are issued for a particular booking. If the booking is not accepted, a full refund will be provided to the customer or adjusted against an alternative booking, as desired by the customer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- To initiate a booking, full payment for the flight tickets and 25% of the package cost per person is required as a deposit.
- In case of an international tour package, Scan copy of the passport (both front and back) and PAN Card are mandatory. Aadhar, Voter ID, Driving License, and PAN Card IDs are valid for domestic tour packages.
- For cruise bookings, the full payment is required within two days of package confirmation.
- The remaining balance payment must be cleared at least 15 days before the travel dates.

No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges.
